烤鸡翅膀
材料:鸡翅膀10只 ,蜜糖适量(加少许白醋扫面用)腌料A:葱头子3粒,蒜米3瓣,老姜l块 B:
鸡咖喱粉l汤匙半,黄姜粉2/3汤匙,辣椒粉l/4汤匙,蚝油2/3汤匙,白糖1 1/4汤匙,幼盐2/3汤
匙。做法:①将腌料(A)取汁,加入腌料(B)拌匀。②将鸡翅膀加入(1),腌至入味(约5至6小
时)③将腌妥的②放八(温馨旋风烘炉)我用烘烤炉烤的,用200度烘25一30分钟(间中翻转一次及
涂蜜糖)取出盛碟
