泰式炸鸡
腌一只鸡3Tbs蒜,2Tbs辣
椒,1Tbs盐,4-5Tbs鱼露
腌 半小时后加入木薯粉
要咸点比较好吃。炸时中
火。
酱用醋,不能用酸柑。鱼
露,糖,蒜,辣椒,豆
酱,姜,芫茜
