“古老肉”

猪肉500 GM切粒腌糖盐各一茶匙,一粒蛋,胡椒粉和味精各少许,腌一小时然后沾生粉炸至金黄色拿起。用两汤

匙油炒香大葱,黄梨,甜椒,加入调味料和250ML清水煮滚(调味料:茄汁5汤匙,辣椒酱两汤匙,糖四汤匙,醋

两汤匙,麻油一茶匙,盐半茶匙,茨粉一汤匙加三汤匙清水混均)最后加入炸好的猪肉拌均,搞定~^^
