年糕



材料:
(A)
150g 白糖
150g 片糖(深色的)
270g 水

(B)
340g 糯米粉

做法:

1.)把材料(A) 煮溶待冷(微温即可)。

2.)把粉加入糖浆里拌匀。倒入 5" 的模。(模铺上蕉叶或耐热
的plastic袋)。

3.)中火蒸1个至1个半小时。(如果用气压锅就40分钟)取出待冷。
