~白木耳苹果汤 ~
做法:
苹果1粒切丝浸盐水1分钟,捞起放入过滤净水中待用。1碗的白木耳开水泡软,洗干净后,放
入锅内适量的水与纪子一起煮30分钟,加入红砂糖搅拌溶化后5分钟,再把苹果丝到入搅匀即
可。
