(腊肠咸鱼蒸鸡)




Claire's Dinner Menu:
1. Steamed Chicken with Salted Fish and Lap Cheong :
Seasoning : dark soy sauce, sugar , shao xing wine ( 绍兴酒), julienne ginger.
Garnished : spring onion and red chilli.
