【黑椒鸡腿】
1.鸡腿洗净去骨,用盐、白糖、黑胡椒粉抹匀,加生抽、老抽,腌制一晚;2.料酒、生抽、老抽、白糖、
黑胡椒
粉,加少许清水调成料汁;3.洋葱切碎,炒锅倒油
烧热,爆香洋葱碎,下入鸡腿,煎至两面金黄;4.调入料
汁,
煮开后改中小火,加盖烹煮6分钟,最后大火收汁
