【情人梅柠檬鸡翅】
1.鸡翅从中间划开,焯水捞出沥干;2.放进油锅里煎到
两面金黄捞出;3.油锅剩一点油,把姜丝放进去,兑
水,
放情人梅,一半柠檬的柠檬汁,冰糖一起煮十分钟;4.加
点蚝油,盐,酸甜度正好时把鸡翅放进去;5.小火
焖十分
钟收汁,挤掉汁的柠檬皮切碎丁放进去即可
