【家常红烧排骨】
将净排骨条过水洗干净,熬糖色到火候之后放入排骨,翻炒
一会,将排骨均匀的滚上搪色,加水,没过排骨为宜,
加盐、
鸡精,白糖少许酱油,大块葱姜,料酒,八角,桂皮,大火
烧开,小火烧制,待排骨熟透后,大火再收汁.
